Question: I’ve installed the ATS Desktop Software.  How come I can not make any changes to my files?

Answer:  ATS Desktop Software only allows you to view and print downloaded files on your PC, unless you have BCAP installed on your PC.  When used with BCAP, your ATS Desktop Software allows you to upload changes directly from your PC and download work orders directly to your PC.

Question: Where do I purchase BCAP?

Answer: BCAP is software purchased directly from Verizon.

Question: Can I download the ATSync Upgrade?

Answer: No. You’ll need to ship your terminal to Hayton Systems to receive the upgrade. This service will cost $50.00 plus shipping.
