*** Do NOT send units for repair via the US Postal service. We do not have mail delivered to the repair center address. Send via parcel carrier (ie., UPS, Airborne, Fed Ex etc.)

Please contact us to select/confirm payment terms and receive a RA number prior to sending any units in for repair. Any unit received without having done this will be refused and returned to sender.

Note:

Please do NOT send any equipment other than what needs to be repaired.

If you are sending a handheld terminal in for software update only (not repair), please do not send in anything but the terminal(with the battery please).

Sending extra equipment will only increase shipping and handling charges.
